I make gingerbread cookies from scratch. Also bake brownies, cookies, cake but from a mix.

I made cupcakes from scratch for xmas eve. Our neighborhood trades treats so I did 3 dozen mini cupcakes. The cake was vanilla-mint and the frosting was a chocolate mint buttercream. 3 dozen mini cupcakes (same batch yields 1 dozen full size) requires 3 sticks of butter - 1 for the batter, 2 for the frosting.

Delicious!
